The line was backed up out the doors when I pulled up to the dealership. So, I expected that I'd be waiting at least an hour and a half, if not longer, to get my car back. I was fine with the longer wait time. But I was genuinely surprised when the tech came to get me only an hour after I got there!!! What a nice surprise!
