OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The Show Us Your Ride Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Gregg Young Chevrolet Marshalltown (“Sponsor”), located at 2501 S Center St, Marshalltown, IA 50158.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Iowa who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Central Time on June 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by:

1. Fill out a paper entry form at Gregg Young Chevrolet Marshalltown dealership at the address above.
2. Completing the entry by posting a photo on facebook, Tagging https://www.facebook.com/GreggYoung.Chevrolet.Marshalltown; and Sharing your first name, last name and phone number in either a facebook messenger message or to leadsmarshalltown@drivegyauto.com corresponding to the post. (we must have your contact information to inform you if you win.)

Participants may also post a photo or video featuring a vehicle purchased or test driven at Gregg Young Chevrolet Marshalltown, tag Gregg Young Chevrolet Marshalltown, and follow the dealership’s social media page; however, social media participation is not required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties are void.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

1. Two (2) tickets to the Post Malone and Jelly Roll concert scheduled for July 17, 2026.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150.00

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted on or about July 6, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided during entry.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in a subsequent random drawing.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, injury, damage, claim, or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices and may be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and future marketing communications in accordance with applicable law.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Post Malone, Jelly Roll, their management companies, promoters, venues, or affiliates.

Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.

13. WINNER LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, send a written request to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the winner selection date.

14. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa without regard to conflict of law principles.
